It is totally depend on person to person ,his/her job profile and way of living. If you are concerned abt Kids education then I don’t think it should be an issue . Edmonton has best education infrastructure /Environment starting from K-12 till big universities. So many international students come here every year for higher educations. And Victoria school is one of best school in Canada which has IB program for K-12.

If you prefer condo - apartment & want to live near downtown then Oliver area is best place to live but if you prefer townhouses- houses ( limited apartments) & most important close to desi communities then mills wood area is best.
