Good Job! I was searching for tsai wu analysis for a while and I finally got this

great video! One issue I have with my assembly is that my part remains a surface even after setup. Would you happen to know why?

Please share any tutorial for adding basalt fiber in adding of composite materials

Namaste sir, Thanks for for the informative video, I was working on simple composite for which i know the material data for individual component and i have experimental result of ultimate tensile strength and deformation at that point ( do not have stress strain curve only ultimate tensile values) i wanted find out the ultimate tensile value of composite through ansys for comparision with experimental value. Can you help me. Thank you

I liked the video, I am having a problem studying an assembly where one of the pieces is made of composite material. When placing the assembly in the ACP module, when I go to the setup only the part to which I am going to apply the composite material appears (I understand that it is because I defined it as a surface previously), but when I link the ACP module to the structural static I only see links the composite part and not the entire assembly.

hi, i printed a d638 specimen with 7mm thickness. raster angle is 45 and the thickness of every layer is 0.1mm. should i insert angle for every layer? because it has 70 layer

thanks, but I have a question.
can it be done using explicit dynamics?

I'm doing this test, but when I do it for compression it gives me the same result as for tension, shouldn't it be a smaller value for compression in composites? My model has fiber at 0 degrees in the direction of traction and compression

Alslama Alakam, can you make the same above video by using dynamic explicit with input velocity value equal to 2 mm/min(0.00334 mm/sec)

Hello... can you help me model a CFRP strengthened steel plate using ANSYS.

Hello thanks for your comment. You should use "acp" for design your composite and "mechanical model" for design your steel plate. Then input this two output into "static structural" and then define your contact region of this two material, and then do the simulation. Hope this will help you

@@FaradisonPurba Thankyou very much. Would you happens to have a video of this? Or anything similar to it. Is it possible for you to share your email address?
