How did Paul Cowley go from prison to becoming a celebrated soldier and priest?
His story takes us through his dysfunctional early life and time spent behind bars to his incredible career, overcoming the many obstacles along the way. He now dedicates his life to helping prisoners find meaningful work upon release at Iceland Foods, changing people's lives and reducing reoffending in the process.
