A concert presented along with an exhibition of Kashmiri pashminas and Persian and tribal rugs by Studio Ababeel and Ababeel Rugs.
ARTISANS' by Radhi Parekh is at the intersection of art, craft and design, and now music.
Vivek Anand, originally from Mumbai and living in the San Francisco Bay Area, performs in solo concerts, and sings with Rita Sahai (Seni Alāuddin Gharānā and Benāres Gharānā) and with Sukhawat Ali Khan (Shām Chorasi Gharānā). Vivek’s repertoire includes khayal, thumri, bhajans, qawwali, and ghazals.
Anutosh Degharia is an accomplished table soloist and accompanist, having learnt the table from his father, Shri Tarapadia Degharia of the Farukkabad Gharana. .
Shrinivas Acharya, recognized as an A grade player by All India Radio, learnt the harmonium from Pt. Vishwanath Pendharkar, and is a disciple of Pt Pusrushottam Walwalkar.
