Diesmal waren wir im tiefsten Waldviertel am Stausee Ottenstein unterwegs. Viel Zeit verbrachten wir an der Ruine Lichtenfels. Die Ruine selber ist sehr faszinierend aber die Geschichte fast noch mehr.
Die Burg Lichtenfels ist die Ruine einer Höhenburg bei Peygarten-Ottenstein im Waldviertel, Niederösterreich, zur Stadt Zwettl-Niederösterreich gehörend.

This time we were in the deepest part of the Waldviertel in Lower Austria, at the Ottenstein reservoir. We spent a lot of time at the Lichtenfels ruins. The ruin itself is very fascinating but story is even more so.
Lichtenfels Castle is the ruin of a hilltop castle near Peygarten-Ottenstein in the Waldviertel, Lower Austria, belonging to the city of Zwettl-Lower Austria.
We have attached our most beautiful shots of our Mavic Air 2 drone as well as many photos and film.
