He could beat Chito Vera, Jeremy Stephens and Rob Font, but he couldn’t beat say, a Volkanovski, a Holloway or a Petr Yan.

First of all 95 percent of the roster fights 2 weight classes or so down from their normal walk around weight. Second of all Holloway just didn’t have a good diet outside of fight camp and that’s why he fixed it and now walks around significantly slimmer.
