Yeah but i think the GTR drive did the launch wrong. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN you have to launch the GTR within 1 second from the time you set it to launch otherwise it abords the launch and blows the tires.

in some ways this area sucks but we are right in the middle of dallas and austin. there are so many tracks within 90 minutes of us its silly. 1 rally cross, 4 road race tracks, 2 off road parks. and i while im no expert on the subject im pretty sure austin and dallas have a great street racing scene.

Gawd I used to have a CTS loved that car!!! We raced in Houston in the early 1990's...Tanner Road back in the day. Also on the newly constructed Beltway 8 west side. Houston knows how to do em!

Yeah but does it really matter? To me it sees like wasted police potential. I see everyone wearing helmets and safety gear. I know it is illegal to race on the street but as far as I can see it rarely goes wrong, and its even more rare to see somebody get seriously hurt or killed. Im sure it does happen but compared to texting behind the wheel that kills people everyday Id say it isnt worth the polices time..

The area they are racing in is an industrial area that is essentially dead on the weekends. There aren't any houses nearby and any employees of the businesses nearby are long gone by night time.
with all those people and the noise the cops must know whats going on ,so what they just stay away ? if so very cool
