    i woundering once your shin is condition is it condition for life or you have to do consistant training to make your shin stay condition

      your comment is 1 year old but i can say it to you you need to do it constant when you stop to do it after a half year the nerves around your shin getting like reactivated and you start to feel pain again in your shinbones when you hit something
