The super tanky build takes stormstout 1 and stagger (or magic damage debuff) 4. Then you can't die, but you can't kill anything either, and the other team can just ignore you.

idek that Keg is the worse Ult. SEF still needs team-follow-up since you can hardly even one-shot squishies in ideal conditions and the cooldowns are so different you get like 2 - 2.5 kegs off in the time SEF would tick down. And if you try for Kegs often enough, something's bound to happen unless you really suck hard.
I like Keg for peeling with no tank and sometimes getting kills, but SEF is usually better because of the root + instant damage (at least for me) which helps everyone else land their abilities. Trying to land an ability (depends on hero) on a kegged opponent bouncing around everywhere mid-fight is just annoying - just imo - the shorter CD is definitely a plus though because you can out-trade big ults and have your ult available before them which is *huge.*
@@Scriptures_K I like that it basically trades up for most ults and you can kinda play the Stitches style where you just try for Q+Keg engages and barrel somebody into your team. Doesn't work out always of course.
Personally I always pick keg cuz of its displacement power. Also extremely strong escape with around 40 sec. cd is sooo nice. Similar to Falstad's gust and Hogger's Hoardapult, It just makes Chen ungankable and allows to never die, which is more important than a bit of single target burst damage and root every 2 MINUTES.
