Brilliant routine. I find it perfect for starting the day, after my stretching routine. The beauty for me is in its simplicity and that it focuses on the muscles I need to strengthen (3 months post partial lateral knee replacement). Thank you

Thanks for above. Is it okay to do above exercises if have stenosis and lower disc degeneration. Had partial knee replacement but above conditions hampered building my quad strength and hamstrings.

Hi - Rolling onto your stomach for #2 won't happen for quite a few weeks after you return home. Don't try this one on your own. You should be in full-blown PT before you will be ready for this one.
