I wouldn’t necessarily say that eating vegan is healthier than meat, I can agree that a vegan burger would be healthier than a Big Mac. meat is definitely an important part of your diet, the reason that you feel disgusting after eating a processed cheese burger is because it’s high in calories. If you ate a healthy meal with like a fresh steak some salad and some broccoli or something you’d probably feel the same.
I don't think it's healthier than a big mac, the vegan meat is very processed crap. I'd much rather eat real beef than that shit.

It may have health benefits but there is always cancer issues and thyroid issues in soy especially in high quantities

Watch “game changers” on Netflix. It’s a documentary about how the meats and all the dairy products we eat are actually really bad for our body. And plus there’s a lot of different type of brands of vegan food so if it’s not good that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist at all lol. There’s plenty and plenty of good vegan food just gotta know which brand is actually good and what not
What Brandon said about being so sluggish after eating Meat is 100% true. I’ve been vegetarian for 2 years and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference.

I am happy you guys are trying vegan food because I’ve been a vegetarian for seven months this is gonna be my eighth month coming up in December I’ve been a seven month vegetarian since April 25 because I have a to enough meat all my lifetime since I was a kid I’ve been eating so much meat I gained so much weight and I was so fat I couldn’t be able to walk without my leg shaking when I became a vegetarian I felt more healthy more fat more active vegetarian is the way to be healthy I’m giving a lifetime experience.
