The Lonely Hearts Club in San Francisco in the 60's, live band covering only Beatles songs. I remember dancing some buckle-polishers in a club so crowded you needed to sort of move in synch with everyone else. You know, it was a hopeful, exhilarting time. Women's rights, civil rights, pushing back against the Vietnam war. In some ways we've come full circle and I see in gen Z the same hope and fervor, but less naive, more determined, better organized. It gives me hope.
Simply phenomenal! As a big Beatles fan I don’t like to hear that most famous songs again and again. But this version is a complete new song -thanks for it!
