It’s 10th Muharram & day of Aashoora - the day when Imam Hussain (AS) along with his other family and companions were martyred by the forces of Yazid (LA). I venture out to go to nearby places where Muharram activities are being carried out.

As the holy month of Muharram arrives, we prepare to welcome the holy month Muharram, remembering the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (AS) & 72 Shohadas In Karbala, by continuing our ancestors legacy. Likewise in Mumbai last year, I will take you to different nearby villages of UP and meet people to know their experiences of conducting Majalis for Imam Hussain (AS) in their own way.
I also get to meet different people and know their extraordinary lives too.

پیغامات عاشورہ بہت عمدہ ہیں میں نے پاز کر کے آہستہ آہستہ سارے پڑھے میں نے دو سال پہلے کرونا کے دنوں میں فارغ بیٹھنے سے بہتر جانا کہ ہندی پڑھنا سیکھ لوں اور تقریبا ایک ہفتے میں، میں ہندی پڑھنے کے قابل ہو گیا تھا ہندی پڑھنا مجھے کافی آسان لگا اب میں شاید ان چند پاکستانیوں میں سے ہونگا جو اردو کے ساتھ ہندی بھی پڑھ لیتے ہیں

It has been inquired from Ayatollah Sistani whether salam is allowed on Ashura and the answer is yes. He responded that we do give salams to Imams and Shuhada.
