Kev Hayes scored a brace and provided an assist to fire Stockton Town past Sunderland RCA and into the Second Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
Hayes and Mikey Roberts put the Anchors ahead inside 22 minutes, but the hosts responded and were level before half-time through Michael Colquhoun and Simon Jakab.
Stockton went back ahead through Hayes and Nathan Steel wrapped up the victory late on.
