You will need:
180 g of Pancake mix
154 ml (2/3 cup) water or milk
Direction:
1. Mix all ingredients together until uniformly mixed.
2. Heat the pan on medium heat and lightly grease with oil. pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot pan.
3. Cook till bubbles break in top and edges begin to dry. Turn the pancake and cook the other side in 1 minute or till golden brown.
