I would of taken away the tinsel and use the pink lace to cover the top of the hood over all it's beautiful my friend is having a baby and I was looking for ideas well done but the tinsel it's a no from me

I think the cardboard is about 14x6". I show how to put the wheels on towards the end.

I don't put glue on any of the baby items.
