@@rightcolonthey’re right though? Mukbang culture is not healthy whatsoever, just look at nikocado avocado. Eating large amounts of sugars and unhealthy foods often can result in weight gain, maybe eating disorders, in regular hormones and energy levels, and overall it’s not healthy.
