I think I know what a couple have been up to since retirement Jacie Scott is/was a Rockette, Kali was a Mavs cheerleader, and Brooke became either director or choreographer of the Dolphins for a few seasons. I dont know if she still is or not. But other then those 3 I'm not sure what they're up to.
Jinelle is absolute class. She knows when yo quit before her performance starts to slip. It’s better for fans to remember you as a top performer than as a performer losing the edge!!
What a complete class act Jinel was !!!! She put her heart and soul into the team and was always so professional. She represented the team so well . It was truly her destiny!
You'd think for all their hard work with shit wages, they'd get to keep their whole uniform--boots, uni, and poms!!! Why would they need a uni back when it was specifically custom made for their bodies? Why would they wants shoes back? Why would they want practice attire back? Just gross and stupid.
Just to avoid those uniform circulating without them being aware. To me, it’s expected with a low-paying job, you have to hand in your McDonald’s uniform when you leave the company as well.
I would love to see more full-length performances from the DCC! There aren't very many high quality performances of theirs online, and it would be a great way to honor these amazing dancers!
100% agree. I've looked so many times and can only find grainy secondhand footage. We all know they record it, so why not share it? I'd love to be able to watch them perform their full routines on a game day or at other venues.
Tiara I agree with you! Short bobs bring MORE attention to a jawline, yet she was saying she wanted to take attention away from the length of her face. Honestly Jinelle looks incredible and would rock whatever they did, but they made the right move in keeping her hair long :)
I have a longer face but I love having long hair. So tired of this whole "try to look like the ideal oval face"...Sooo glad she didn't cut her hair! I had a bob once. Never again! I will have long hair in my 90s, God willing 🙏
It's mad how much these girls put into dcc even before they make the squad yet get paid so little. They deserve more respect and be treated like the athletes they are
They know what they get paid going into it. You don't do this for the money. You do it for the prestige and the doors it opens up for you. What I find puzzling are the ones who quit 6 figure jobs to make < $9 an hour but whatever. Their life, not mine.

@@psymompa One of them in a past season had a job at Lockheed Martin in DC and quit to come to Texas. Malena was also some bigwig at a college in TX and while she may not have been making 6 figures, she was a recruiter and def made more than $8 an hour.
For a comparison, the NFL referees make around $200,000. These girls go through rigorous training, workout plans, diet plans, fake tans, nails, hair upkeep. It all adds up

I’ve never thought of Jinelle as one of the strongest dancers but her dedication to the team, and being an amazing example of a great DCC make her so memorable.
jinelle is definitely one of my favorite cheerleaders who have been on the team. she’s supportive, hard worker, kind to others, and so much more. she was so strong and confident even though she had some tough challenges throughout the seasons, but luckily she had a lot of supportive people around her to help her through it.

Can you do a where are they now episode? Film the girls in their lives after the DCC. I would love to see some veteran favorites, learn what they do now and see how DCC changed their lives😄
Love to see Cassie's journey, Angela's journey and the DCC Brides episode which never airs anymore and I can't find it. Also would love to see a piece on the DCCs who got cut after their rookie year like Colin Julia, Breelan and Kali.
I’m not sure if you would have enough footage to do it but it would be cute to have a reel of all the DCC’s that have children. Training camp isn’t an easy process and neither is being a parent so it would be nice to highlight those that went through the process as moms👩👧
