Yes please! I'm all about the quick WFPB recipes. It's easier to stick with this way of eating with simple quick recipes. That way I'm not tempted to grab takeout or highly processed vegan food.

Vitamix has been the best (and most effective) blender I've ever had. I even bought and extra container for it so that I can make two smoothies at the same time. I've had my Vitamix for three years now. The blenders I've bought before only lasted a year max.

I typically run for 20-30min once a week! I used to do a 6mi run once a week and shorter 20min runs a couple times a week, but now I focus more on resistance training and sprint intervals!
