Thank you for sharing this video. The tug captain is doing a nice job there - very gentle. That is a nice looking tug - tho I'm biased to that hull color! - does anyone know her history? And type of main engine(s)? Thank you again for the video - and for posting it in HD!
If you're serious, then go buy one. They are NOT cheap to maintain! But there are some really historic tugs out there that could sure use a "good home & a caring owner". Again, IF you are serious & if you need any help finding the right one or advice, or physical help - you are welcome to contact me. I've owned 32 of them over the years (that was my business). I'm happy to help, if you are being serious. --Franz
Without narrative, I can make best guess about this tug is plowing right through on icy seaway near shore which I am afraid of the stern is lower slope and propeller is downward seabed that isn't she afraid of hitting seabed? I am not sure of opensea here but narrow and shallow canal I see. is it not?
@@brian.7966 Being from St Vincent in the Grenadines he is used to much warmer waters. www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:10926/mmsi:-7821049/imo:7821049/vessel:CELICA
i really like old tugs , the only thing better is an ice class tug.
