Some people would laugh if i told them I was at a really dark point in life over the last few years and something that helped me through them were inspirational videos from AI Batman but its true. I was on my own, smoking weed all day everyday, avoiding calls from friends, making few plans and not attending the ones I did make. These were always uplifting and helped me reach out to others who opened up in return showing me I wasnt alone. I dont drink anymore because it turns me into something akin to the Joker on a bad day. Ive stopped smoking weed and im now hanging out with friends, doing better at work, meeting new people and pushing myself to try new things. Its not all sunshine and rainbows but on the cloudy days, its good to know Batmans there with good advice reminding me of the positives in my life. Thankyou ❤
Thank you for uploading this. I have been having bad days the past 3-4 weeks ago, it felt like I was depressed for no reason. Probablyy the stressful thoughts of missing out other opportunities as a working-student. Thank u for this.

A little hypocritical to tell us to rely and talk with friends when you always go about doing things alone, even when you have a whole network of allies, also you never take a day off you always push through even when your body is broken. Its wildly apparent you don't take your own advice, you are the most obsessive compulsive superhero in the world, alfred cooks you meals you never eat, your constantly training even on bad days, sure your disciplined but you never even acknowledge a bad day. When was the last time you even took a break from crime fighting?

This didn’t really help, I was hoping he’d teach us how help deal with the bad day as it’s happening. I got stuck with a night shift worker that forced me to do everything, and constantly judge me as I did it. It was a female so obviously I couldn’t snap back, but I felt it building up. Anyone got any advice for this before I tell her to shut up, and lose my job?
