What's crazy is I got this album for Christmas on cassette from my big bro nearly 30 years ago. School years. I was well excited. What's even crazier is that I'm 45 years old excited for the new album. I think it's nuts we still get new Bodycount albums. Great songs that not enough appreciate that age like a fine wine.
I remember first listening to this back in the day, loved it then and still do now!! People often said BC were a joke band or 'cheesy' or whatever back then, but I didn't care then and care even less now - The music of BC is still just as relevant now as it was back then, maybe even more-so, without getting into politics etc... Equality and peace is the message even if the lyrics are violent - We're still living in violent times and racism etc is still happening way more than it should... IMHO Bodycount always have been about 'bringing people together' through music.
I bought this record from the Disc Discovery shop in Hull East Yorkshire. Great album that came after their debut in 1992 I a few months ago I did buy the original Banned Debut from eBay th-cam.com/users/shorts25h1Bmho_b4?si=1LWmzIb4o1AWHwbV
