Listen. I Did NOT know one could crochet with a ribbon. Please give me a second while i get my jaw off the floor. Omg! It turned out AMAZING and i so want to try. For those kind of pieces we have "fio de malha" in brazil, idk how to translate that bc i looked it up and it seems like its not common around the world? Regardless, its a thicker string thats made of fabric and its really easy to work with!

hi! i think most of her projects use acrylic/cotton yarn with a 4.5mm hook! i’ve found that it’s pretty easy to get used to as a beginner! fluffy yarn tends to be trickier to use
