I'm massively impressed. Been listening to Once Human for years and I'm always impressed. Best guitar tone for heavy music easily. Killer vocals. No doubt one of the best bands out today.
Heard these guys on Liquid Metal. They're putting most "metal" bands these days to shame. I swear, I haven't been this excited for a band with a female lead singer since like Otep way back in the day.

no matter how many times I share, people just dont get it! best written and performed metal song in the last 5 years, tempo and melody all day long, throw in a break down and a solo for good measure. underrated and underappreciated is the all I can say.
holy shit ... this band is technically brilliant and so original, powerfull and groovy. The tone is great and the search for dissonance its really clever and stunning. Damn its a great and underrated job

problem is, what you're hearing is most likely computer effects. VERY possible that she doesn't need it, but their engineer is using the same voice samples I used because I can't sing like that at all lol. (Not saying she sucks, nor bashing the band. Actually really dig what they got going.)
Yeah most likely are using voice enhancers, But there are plenty of other female artist that can pull this sort of singing off real well, take both female vocalist for arch enemy for instance. And yeah if they are it doesn't matter because it does still sound pretty good.
Christian Dimaggio theres videos up of her raw growls, theyre cleaned up a bit but thats all her.

Logan Mader was one of my early guitar influences in Machine Head way back in 1994. Now he is yet again re-igniting my love of metal guitar. This is totally legit top shelf metal.
This is a total killer. Can't wait to hear the album !

D Snodgrass hell no the wind was wanting to be a part of her and the band. Surprisingly she's didn't create a tornado with her killer voice. Vary rarely are there any women that could pull it off through the first minute or two.
First time hearing them, its 2020. Shit is incredible.

Thank You ... a director and producer that did a video right in a desert. Remember back to 2009 to ATR in the desert... the video was over saturated in colour and over compensated in direction.
This song is fucking killer it slays brutally from those amazing riffs, The drums were crazy as usual and the bass manage to play it's role as well. But the biggest part was Lauren's vocals I mean holy shit beyond excellent unquestioned really. Between "Gravity and "Eye of Chaos this album is gonna be a fucking force to be reckon with and looking forward to it in February.

She is seriously the embodiment of what I find beyond physically attractive, 1000/10. Also, one of my favorite songs all time.
I think most females into metal can look up to Angela Gossow for inspiration, can see influences here, Lauren Hart is a very good vocalist.
She did a video where she directly credited Angela Gossow as her inspiration for learning to scream. Personally I've never particularly liked Arch Enemy, but Angela definitely deserves credit for mainstreaming the idea that female singers in metal can do more than 'clean' vocals.

Riffs are cool but changes suddenly a lot ( 0:27 )(0:41) etc. and not well bridged imo.
But I liked the open string G at 1:04 chorus riff and riff at 3:48 .
Some riffs are djentish(2:49), some triplet lamb of godish (1:37) :)
But I can't believe I am crticizing Logan's riffs (If Logan wrote them) :) Because he is one of my heroes during back the day and I waited him to play again for a long time.
Lauren stays so agressive in both vidoes, but I want to eat her teeth, they look healthy and white :P lol
I really like the band That's why I was expecting more from them.
I can hear influences of Meshuggah, Lamb of God,Chimaira and Machine Headin in some riffs or just a part of the riff.
But maybe these bands influenced from Logan :P
Anyway, Ofcourse I am not a metal god to judge every riff, but it is just my taste :)

They've only got one other album, and it wasn't all that great. Stick to Gossow-era Arch Enemy.
Sucker for female fronted "Thrash/x/x " etc. bands. Fav of all time possibly Dawn Crosby from "Fear of God"- their 1st album "Within the Veil" is worthy as hell. Track "Drift" is a master class on many levels. Dawn did "extreme" vocals before they were en vogue. Otep Shamaya /Otep remains a top fav too.

Listened to a couple songs now and I finally figured out why the vocals felt familiar... she sounds a lot like the guy from Meshuggah and I LOVE it. I’m so happy to find a female fronted band with growls that I finally like again, it’s been years since I discovered the last one (I think Frantic Amber, Jinjer and Arch Enemy are the only ones I can think of). This is one of my new favorites 🖤
