I work at Yankee candle, and I honestly prefer our two wick candles. I love the paraffin wax blend more than the one in the house, warmer jar, which is the one with one wick are what most people call signature jar or OG jar. It just doesn’t give us strong is a smelled of me and I’ve discussed this with a lot of customers and coworkers so that’s why we’re seeing more of the two weeks so glad you love Yankee candle, though it really is an amazing company.
Thank you for your review of the new Spring line. I was trying to decide between Art in the Park and Iced Banana Pop. I'm more of a foodie so your rave review of IBP did it for me. I will still try Art in the Park later as I do like a more subtle floral with a sweet edge. I love Yankee's new Signature candles in the large tumbler style with the brushed tin lids. I have been almost exclusively buying that style from Yankee since they premiered a couple of springs ago. The fragrance is so concentrated and throws. I also love the design and the fact that the lids are candle holders. Again, thanks for you review, and please do more Yankee, especially the Signature ones. You have a new subscriber now!
Hi Drew! I picked up the large jar art in the park, I was going to get the signature candle but the label on the original jar got me! I was worried I had made a mistake and would have very low throw, boy was I wrong! It is such a strong candle and throw’s amazing! I was floored and so happy! For some reason I pick up a raspberry note in that candle also. I really love soft blanket and tangerine vanilla too, beautiful scents! 🌸🍊🧁
Art in The Park is an instant classic. They nailed that one, best of the entire new line. However… I love the older spring scents like Meadow Showers or Emerald Isle (St. Patrick’s Day scent) they are unmatched in their outdoor freshness. You mentioned Art in The Park is green and fresh but the two aforementioned spring candles are on another level in that department.
Hi there! I picked up the new cucumber mint candle, and, of course the Sweet Strawberry and Summer Scoop, I burn every year. Also, Golden Sands and Black Sand Beach should be here today with Midnight Jasmine and Cherry Blossom. Love me some YC. ❤
Excellent haul, Drew! I haven’t gone to Yankee Candle since it closed down at my local mall last year. I’ll definitely stop next time I’m at the bigger mall in my general area.
Ty Drew! I am late in watching this 😂 I started paying attention to YC again after Pumpkin Banana Scone… that one floored me. I bought that in several medium signature jars. They do get small wick syndrome in the middle but I like them over the tumbler they have. Love Cucumber Mint! Got that in melt cups. Why did they do the Lime Coconut Donut one in just a tumbler??? Errr. I may try it anyway. 😅
I got a mini jar candle, smelled amazing. I loved it, then one day I decided to see if the lid would fit upside down. I put it in and it instantly got stuck, I asked my brother if he could help and he just made it tighter, eventually so the lid couldn’t move, I tried again and I just left it there and sat down on my phone, next thing I know something hits me in the face, the candle shattered. So I hope I taught everyone reading this comment a lesson, never put yankee candle lids on upside down.
I remember watching you do your Yankee candle videos when you were quite young. Our Yankee stores closed in Canada and they no longer ship to Canada but I have so many Yankee candles to get through, many of them classics. I love Soft Blanket!
😬 oops I forgot I live 🤪 near a WALMART in chelmsford Massachusetts and a super WALMART TEWKSBURY MASS part grocery store so I can get food and yankee🕯 I always take a deep breath when I pass the incents and candles 🕯 also the perfume great smells🥰😍🤩😘 OMG my 👃 🐽 🤥 🤧 nose nose what it 👍 likes sorry 😞 😔 I also like emojs 🧐😁😷🥳🙈🙉🙊👵also pumkin&cinamon in the fall
Drew, you actually got me into candles and scented wax with those earlier Yankee Candle videos. Seeing you as a kid back then with such a huge love for scented candles got me excited about candles for the first time and I've been that way ever since. And have experimented with other brands over the years, like yourself. I just love the 'Fragrance Lifestyle'! It has made me a much happier person. I was going through a lot during that time. Thank you, Drew, for being my introduction into the world of candles, waxes and fragrances. I love it!! 💜
Hello, do you know if the HOME COLLECTION by Yankee Candle is a cheaper quality of a candle? I seen them at Ollies Store and I don’t know if they are the real deal.
Both my mom and dad worked at the factory where yankee made their wicks forever, and like a year ago yankee pulled out and now use a cheap shit wick from France. I bought a yankee candle for the first time in years and black cherry and buttercream are so bad now. Buttercream was the best now is just trash so I feel that comment wholeheartedly
Hello Drew, wish I were a Yankee Candle expert in years of burning them, but going on my 5th year burning lol. Just finished a large tumbler of Belgian Waffles last night and it filled my room the whole time it burned. Wonderful doughy maple note. Just started one of Yankee's Valentine candles: A Toast To Love for the first time. It was only $12.93 at a place called Miranda's that closed down due to the "C" word. It has a citrus floral note on cold. For Spring, here's a few candles I'll be burning: Restorative Hinoki & Juniper (from their Wellness Living Collection), Sunset Lavender & Vanilla, Home Classics Island Lily, and Home Inspiration Rainbow Flowers. I did purchase Art In The Park, Twilight Tunes, Chocolate Chip Cannoli, and Cucumber Mint Cooler. From Woodwick, I bought Sheer Tuberose and Yuzu Blooms. Keep burning Yankee Drew, despite their formulas changing and a number of them not throwing the best. I'm 42 and I think from now on, I'll burn them for the rest of my life. They are such a joy to have in the room. Happy Burning! Btw, I have at least 100 Yankee candles to burn lol. I have a lot of favorites form Yankee, but there is one called Tranquil Mist that I really enjoyed burning back in 2018 and if they ever bring it back as an outlet, I'll buy it again.
Hey Scott, thanks for sharing. I am having very good luck with the new Yankee spring line so fingers crossed that it stays. We have an outlet near me and it’s so fun to go and see some old retired classics, Fluffy Towels is one I will always buy when I see them! (:
@@dsyauch Nice! It's a drive from where I'm at and I don't think I'll visit there at all since I might buy the whole store lol. You're welcome for the tangent haha. Fluffy Towels is great.

I will always buy Lilac Blossom. Even for a man, which I am, it doesn't come off as too "flowery ". So fresh.
Watched again for the Tangerine and Vanilla Yankee candle!!! 😊😊😊

I love Yankee. I don’t think there’s any candles that are better. I choose Yankee over bath and body works any day.

Yankee is stepping up their game, still not A yet lol

I would never reccomend putting a lid on a candle upside down, safety first!

Oh that’s so sad, yes that and Fluffy Towels were my jam back in the day I’m so sad they’re gone. Thanks for watching Heidi, I watch you too! 💜

My first candle I’ve purchase is Yankees Pink Sand almost twenty years ago. Thank you for sharing your haul ❤️

Hey Drew! So happy for a Yankee haul! Do you still recommend not trimming the wick on the first burn of a paraffin large jar?
Always paraffin large jar, Signature can be hit or miss.

They are an extension, no one really knows if they are less than value.
Great haul

@@dsyauch thank you so much

I honestly cannot believe Yankee is still in business. Their quality has TANKED since the 90’s. No throw on anything!
