Camp John Hay is a recreational military base of the US. It looks much better the way it is before than the current look of so many hotels and whatever around it. The Mansion right now is open to the public, visitors can view inside the building, with a tour guide.
it is sad that the diplomat hotel was closed when you went there. it was really creepy inside. it used to be a hospital during the japanese occupation, i think and i can assume that many died there.

I was a gutted it was closed when we went I’ve been looking forward to seeing the Diplomat Hotel for such a long time but gives me another excuse to go to Baguio again. I could imagine many people have died there is got a very sad and tragic history but I do find this stuff very fascinating

Baguio is near to LA Union so after the cooler Baguio you can visit the surfing capital of the north San Juan LA Union
