Hi, Thank you for your question. RFFE is a two-wired bidirectional serial interface(SCLK and SDATA) used to connect Radio frequency ICs (RFIC) in mobile terminals to their related front-end modules while SPMI is a two-wire bidirectional serial interface (SCLK and SDATA) used to control the supply voltage within an Soc i.e connects the Power Controller(PC) of an SoC with Power Management Integrated Circuits(PMIC)
