Into His Presence - Week 2: The Heartbeat of God

Our view of God shapes how we approach Him in prayer. If we see Him as an angry judge, we’ll keep our distance, afraid of punishment. If we think He’s indifferent to our struggles, we won’t seek His help when we’re falling short. But when we truly grasp God’s heart-His deep love and compassion-we can come to Him just as we are, trusting Him to transform us into the image of Jesus. The key to bold, honest prayer is understanding the God who invites us in.
