yup i click on it but only remind me how it sucks so bad getting old while dirt bikes dont plus getting a leg torn off with a 6 hour er operation to put it back on that never taught me to give it up only to break my neck at casey showing off a wheelie topped out on a cr480r just before the checker for a win with the front drum break locked up every time the forks fully extended that we got an inter office warning about from the "honda wrench" weekly service department only letters a week after we set the new bikes up my boss finally sponsored thanks to only Brad Lake of course after 7 years of me begging Gail Hughes sell me one it cost in one week Red Lake has Gail Hughes our boss who pitched pennies to make Lincoln's squeal Brad not only goddess 3 brand new bikes for free he also talk Gail into borrowing the Dodge Van that Brad had just sold him for resale as we also had Dodge Plymouth Chrysler the this time and get this Brad convinced Hughes that would pack the van for the Honda shops accessory dirt bike parts put up a banner in sold those at the track was the excuse we need the trailer to the hall the three bikes on he gave us then Brad since the van off to sign painter who tattooed it and was our number plates and covered with Team Honda decals pretty sure no one would ever want to buy it for a regular van with Colonel Gail Hughes Auctioneer and owner of Hughes Honda Chrysler Plymouth giving Brad a big way to go at a boy for doing such a great job putting the team together while I get to work late nights turning up an RM 125 a CR250R and a cr480r with a hey Chucky Port that 250 out for me I'm going to Daytona I'm running the 30-plus class and along with the VanLandingham who owns Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Terre Haute another fast guy as they all plan to enter the 30 Plus Class at Daytona Bike Week so I said fuck it and loaded up my 68 Electra Glide in Blue on a Buddies trailer from Champaign headed the same way and Brad who dropped his Pro license so did VanLandingham as a 30 plus class National is still an amateur class but you know what those old guys back then never learned how to slow down and flat out left our Terre Haute fast guys on the line at the gate for the whole shot as Brad used to being first on the outside first turn was in 27th Place getting a lap down and run over at Daytona 30 + he he he he

I have seen this up for A while but never paid much attention while you ran it past the shop and you didn't even have it on the pipe pulling wheelies sounded like 3rd gear less than 1/2 rpm to max ..that thing would do GNCC the way it sets

Lord I've got to tell you what thousands and thousands of guys would say if they could get past all the damed lessons we were all taught when we were little boys; men are never real nice and complimentary to other men and we are supposed to act real tough and nice but not too nice. Crazy shit because I'm going to be extremely nice! Mr. Kaplan my god when you got the red white and blue uniform-Jersey-riding pants and you jump on the bike with matching colors it's like one of the coolest things I can see in the world!!! What a beauty she is, amazing customization on all levels,I own a 2007 CRF250R 4 stroke that is pretty customized to a good taste level without being overloaded with anodized parts and such,still need to spend some time choosing a Blackbird decal kit though...Your girl made a truly wonderful job with the graphics on the that bike,I'm pretty critical with everything specially with the image of things,I know what I like and what looks good and what doesn't so she hit the spot when it comes to designing the decals of this Honda CR500 monster beauty 🤩 😍🤩,I just wish I could be there so I could watch it and listen to it with my own eye's and ears! Every other parts is equally perfect too,it's a well thought after group of parts that need no mentioning as they sit just tight in their place! Wowwwww,much love to y'all all the way from 🌞 🇵🇹.

You know one of the craziest things to me is You can ride 190 hp crouch rocket and it not feel as intimidating or as “ fun “ as a two-stroke big bore 500!!! 🤪😜
Power to weight ratio and gearing are optimal for 0 to 75 mph g forces
Not to mention the ol dirt bike magazine 1/4 drag against a 500 interceptor. The CR500 blew the wheels off the interceptor. Wasn't even close, and the 500 still had the knobby front tire, and no steering stabilizer lol.

you can find those HRC parts they come up for sale on ebay facebook and vital mx. they are just thousands of dollars. also there a few guys who collect that buy sell and trade.

That is absolutely 100% my dream bike!!! Had 3 separate big 500 2 strokes back in the day! Bought a new CRF450 450 in 03’ and although it’s an awesome ride in its own right, it just didn’t have the true magic of the big 2s imo! 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸 🔥

Although now that I see it well the theme looks more French than American, here in Europe the colors of the sling wing in the way they are placed are considered the French flag
perfect for a lighting coil and street tires and lower the triple clamps on the upper fork tubes it would be a street beast.

Beautiful bike couldn't have said it better it's a piece of art but wouldn't keep me from ripping some dirt on it I'm about to find a nice two stroke Honda I currently ride a kx450f and this will be the second trip to the shop to have engine work done this month just sick of paying so much because I don't know my way around the 4 stroke engines

I have a 2010 Service Honda and they are not comparable to original 500s. Zero head shake, hardly any vibration. Absolute Cadillac dream.

I'm noticing that the frame is polished down to that first bead of welding and then it has been left dull down to the swing arm pivot. My guess is if they had polished the entire frame would hide the natural polishing that motocross boots will do to a frame. So what this is telling you is it's got less than 30 hours alright it has no time at all being ridden or that lower section of the frame would show polished marks from leather motocross boots and it shows nothing at all you probably are afraid to tell us that this thing is absolutely zero hours that no one would believe you but that unpolished area of the frame proves the fact that this thing is absolutely As Good As It Gets with no hours maybe a few minutes you are probably the only one who's ridden it the longest in this video
kap loves this game w all his heart and soul. The detail that goes into these builds and restorations is beyond precise. Love the bike kap and thank you for bringing light to these bikes aswell as making them accessible to everyone.
I wish Honda would rebuild that engine make it oil injected
and sell it in a box with the right engine mounts too fit in the modern
