If you have S5 OTFOAA, no need to pull for her signature. But if you're planning to S5 her signature LC, then that's a certainly huge difference.

I think if you want to play jingliu outside ice weakness enemy or bruteforce pulling for signature is a big deal, but if you playing your jingliu only at ice weakness enemy... Signature is not needed, s5 OTFOAA is enough
@@Bing..chiling If you have enough crt dmg, or you already have 1:2 crt ratio, then you can also equip 4-set Genius of Brilliant Stars to accomplish the same. The def ignore is just significant. Jingliu is just perfect tbh. She's more balanced compared to Acheron imo.
@@Fluffy-lostsheep nah if you said she is balance i disagree , she still at the broken category bcs her 50% critrate buff.. most balance char is DaniL i think, you spend more you earn more mechanic
@@Bing..chiling I mean that goes the same to JL. She drains her allies' hp in exchange for damage. She buffs herself but she's putting her allies in danger. But yeah, we all have different opinions. I understand.
