    Hello! One question, there exist a book on machine learning with SAS or data science?

      Thank you, Emmanuel for your interest! Yes, you can find some information for Machine Learning 2.sas.com/6055zukGD and see Data Science here 2.sas.com/6056zukGE

    Is there a SAS Institute course on Machine Learning with code. I took the course on visual machine learning but my company doesn't have visual software.

      Thanks for asking! As you may have noticed, SAS' machine learning capabilities are based in our solutions, such as SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning (2.sas.com/6057JUnqX), that run on SAS Viya. This means our SAS Training courses for machine learning are also about using those same SAS Viya solutions. You can see our Learning Path for Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning here: 2.sas.com/6058JUnqk
      If you'd like more help with this, please let us know if you are:
      1) interested in learning SAS machine learning to improve your own skillset?
      or
      2) interested in learning how to apply SAS machine learning in your current job?
      You can either reply here, or, if you'd like to share the name of your company or any other private details, you can email us at SAS_Cares@sas.com (Re: Case #145753). Thanks!

    How can i get the code written there in the video?

    • @SASUsers
      @SASUsers  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The code shown in the first half of this video, for this example is under "Snippets" in SAS Studio. With SAS Viya and SAS Studio, there should be a snippet folder entitled "SAS Viya Machine Learning", and then, as shown at time stamp 01:25, the video presenter opens the "Supervised Learning" code snippet.
      This code is an assembly of different procedures and DATA step programs that result in the desired model using the SAMPSIO.HMEQ data, which is home equity loan data in the SAS SAMPIO sample library. The code contained in the snippet is too lengthy to post here. You will have to open a CAS session in SAS Studio and get the code from the SAS Viya Machine Learning snippet folder.
      If you want the data files used with this video, it depends on which data you want. For the SAS Studio examples, you'll need to get the data from the SAMPSIO library. The first half of the video used the SAMPSIO.HMEQ data set. If you want to get the data for use with Model Studio, you'll need to load the HMEQ.CSV file into Model Studio, as shown in the video, starting at timestamp 13:10 in the video.
      You can find all the SAS Viya CSV data files here: 2.sas.com/60561YxxE, including the HMEQ.CSV file used in this video. We hope this information helps!

      Ajay, thank you for your interest! Can you elaborate more on your interest? Are you interested in learning SAS as an individual or student? Also are you looking specifically at modeling or learning SAS in general?
