I think the guy who said you were an odd traveler was just playing his role in the universe of Star Wars (I hear Disney is very strict that they stay in character) which would have no idea about the magical universe of Hogwarts. Like when he asked "your puffer pig has warts?" He was making a joke on the name Hog (a pig basically) warts (those things you get on your fingers). You're an odd traveler was definitely not an insult, I don't know if you would call it a compliment though. It was just a True to character confused response to you saying things that don't make sense in that universe. Your response however "thank you" golden!!! There is nothing wrong with being odd or you could say unique!!
