Its module from arduino and yes, Its conected to OBD2. Module is from web page www.drive2.com/l/492757132177834460/ (hardware) and software from www.drive2.ru/l/501559547391903063/. I used Google translator....
I do not know but I think it can because Opel has a medianav and obd2 information can be universal, or you can change the program (received OBD code) in arduino.

Isto nie. Medianav neovláda riadiace jednotky auta, len číta z nich údaje.
