Recently the Arduino Community launched their IoT platform called Arduino IoT Cloud. The Arduino IoT Cloud provides an end-to-end solution that makes building connected projects easy for makers, IoT enthusiasts, and professionals from start to finish. The platform enables different methods of interaction, including HTTP REST API, MQTT, command-line tools, Javascript, and WebSockets. So basically, this is the getting started video and we will learn about using the Arduino IoT Cloud with ESP8266. We will control an LED from the IoT Cloud. And we will also send the sensor data to the dashboard and visualize it in various beautiful widgets. So, let begin with this awesome tutorial.

Can you add notifications to send to the mobile phone app, should the set thresholds be reached for Temperature or humidity?
Can you use the cloud to send and alarm when a value changed, or triggered by a sensor?

thanks for the tutorial but now, I have a question: is it possible not to "hard code" the SSID, Password and the Secret key ? (you talk about it at 13:00) I would like to upload a project and, using a webpage that I already have developed, store and retrieve the information to and from the EEPROM of the microcontroller.
Hi....I'm having a node mcu, ultrasonic sensor for distance detection...I need to get the alert message notification when the ultrasonic sensor detects closer distance from an obstacle...For that can I use this arduini iot cloud for notification??If yes, please provide me a code for that please.

Hi buddy i was waiting for long until you do the rest part of the project of cctv ? Do you remember that it was told that you will make that cctv project with the ability of recording the footages ( recording the videos) so buddy why this is too late? Could you please do it?
I will do that in month of august buddy. My esp32 cam got damaged due to over voltage during video making. I need to purchase a new one again. I will do that do not worry.

The mobile dashboard switch is not controlling the led in my case,or unable to change the variables
It also happened to me sometime. I found variable assignment wrong.

HOW DO YOU MONITOR THE STATUS OF A SIMPLE SWITCH?
"We are not able to detect the installed agent." I cannot move ahead because my agent is not being detected by Arduino Website. I turned off my antivirus and windows firewall, but despite this the problem persists.
