Hi l am going to start first year of mbbs I have few questions if u could help please because I am first one in my family so l have no guidance
1 Do we have to note lecture points or are they already written in books
2) In first year do we study topics from oder or randomly

If your professor is good, yes you should make note because they will help you in internal examiner viva. Most of the students in MBBS learn from TH-cam. So for subjects like anatomy, you should make notes from TH-cam.

In first year, you have three subjects, anatomy, physiology and biochemistry. Anatomy is considered the hardest subject. In first year anatomy you have three portions, upper limb, lower limb and thorax. You should start with upper limb and do it topic wise.
