Dunno what you did in the game before but i think you purged your sins admirably with that glorious battle.

red was already super high and mighty in the last game (s)he was in. Annoying player imo.

Ganging up on the stronger player because hes a "bully" is the definition of "cry me a river". especially when he thwarted two castle drops
@@GaspataGhast Genuine question. How else are you supposed to deal with a player who has proven them-self to be not only unfriendly (in game), but also dangerous? I'd think thwarting two castle drops only shows you even more how much of a threat the player is.
Ganging up on the stronger player seems like the best thing to do in most situations. If you don't take out the stronger player early, then you will be left facing them alone, which is not a recipe for victory.@@GaspataGhast

If the previous game started as a 4v4, then I think what happened was that everyone had Allied Victory at the start, and when everyone teamed each other and one guy was killed, the remaining players basically won as a team.
Looking at the diplomacy in the bottom right, it was 100% allied victory

I know this is a late comment from the video upload date as I work a lot, and I love T90s commentaries, but I remember when I got into this game years ago, and I am 38 now. And I'm thinking the same, I have had the def edition now for a while, and I would definitely like to get into this. Side note: I go by PolishAstrologer in my gaming.

Is it just me or are the game sounds like the trebuchets firing, sound when clicking the castle all sound kind of different? Like they sound muffled as if someone added a denoiser on them in premiere

I hate games with red in it. Very skeevy diplo and 0 contribution, it's more like they are chatting in Twitch than actually playing the game. People act like they don't exist so they always go to last 2.

The sad part (and selfish) is that I am a low ELO player, and my strat if I got into a community game would be to suck up to a top score and work with him. This game proves I would not be valuable enough, as orange wasn't to green, to deliver the game. My survival strat is ruined.

The good part of these community games is that they often go ridiculously long. So you actually have a fair chance of being valuable enough to be a deciding factor. You just need to pick a unit, spam production buildings & upgrades, and pump that unit out.
The problem 9/10 with low elo players in these games, is not building enough production to sustain/rebuild the army as it takes losses.
Great just in time for bed, now I can sleep to the sound of your voice #nohomo. 😴
Oh man, at first i was rooting for Grey. Hoping the brave and lone Crusader would win this match, as he would be the mighty Tiger. Surrounded by Rats.
But later on i really rooted for Red and Purple.. their love story was just so touching and felt so pure. I was glad they won this game.
Grey did a great job, a brief scroll of the only 50 comments on this video so far dictate to me that he won the whole game. It's not every day you see the knights of white crawl out of the woodwork to be insufferable over a community game hosted on a 24 year old game.

Damned if you do, damned if you dont kinda moment. Red and purple spawned next to a much stronger player that they'd had bad blood with in the previous game, Grey was absolutely not going to team with them this game so it's a case of team up or die.
Maybe but I'm not sure I have the strength to take 10 minutes to even start to understand what it's about. If you have to take that long to explain the good part, maybe it's just not that great
