太感謝您了！讓我省了一萬多，我呢？打維修電話請他來修，說我沒接到他們電話要再等，我等了一個禮拜聯絡之後說，e64你應該是排水馬達，而且傳動軸也壞掉了，如果要修理的話應該要一萬多塊，我說那能不能請你來評估，他說就不用看了，依我多年的經驗就是這樣，看你要不要修！幸虧找到你的影片，讓花了$1290，省了一萬多塊！現在洗衣機順暢的在運作，您真的是佛心來者！感恩感恩！東芝的維修人員….加油！fighting!
我期盼台灣也能有職人精神，之前我瓦斯爐出問題，打電話問，不知道在跩什麼，好像客人什麼都不懂似的，然後要現場看才報價，現場看才報價我可以理解，結果價格收很貴，貴就算了，那個工法粗糙隨便，搞得我整肚子火。
當然也不是每個公司都這樣，但幾個之後會讓人失去信心，所以我才會研究自己處理。

感謝分'享，我依影片更換排水馬達之後，開機正常了，但在啟動洗衣時，上面注水，下面依序在排水，沒辦法留水。
這個問題我倒是沒有，但我想，水會留不住就是因為閥門是開啟狀態，我們更換的這個馬達就是為了去拉那個排水閥，你檢查一下馬達有無裝錯卡到，還是線接錯，如果都正常的話，或許你得研究看看排水閥是不是卡住還是壞了。 但這又是另一個零件了。

我一台東芝15KG的洗衣機用超過六年，有類似的問題，更換排水馬達後還是一樣，插頭拔掉一陣子再插就又可以了，所以也可能是基板問題，後續打算換新的了。
基板可能又是更大的一筆支出，如果維修成本太高，換新也是個很好的選擇，買新家電有助於釋放多巴胺。🤭
我也遇到一樣問題 還在保固期內 等零件等了一個月 哀怨的手洗人生 直接換新 T牌永不錄用
東芝產品 我家還有 電視 水波爐 洗衣機，
還真的都有點小問題，以後我大概會偏向松下，至少維修料他們有賣。
