I love everything about this place. It extremely similar to my home in Mexico in terms of style, design, and even the same hardware in the bathrooms. My only minor complaint is I don';t love the doors - I would have done them as single panels instead of slats. But still - perfection...
Amazing what a creative architect can do with a box. i would build this on a larger lot without neighbors in a rocky desert area. I love the glass, steel, and stone with solid wood trim and furnishings however a little color would juxtapose nicely, in this case navy blue couches and seating perhaps to bring a little more of the water in. my grandparent's palm springs home had burnt orange leather couches custom made that were, even today, gorgeous to behold in the changing desert light. I would especially like a rooftop platform to bring my Oberwerk's 120 out on its tripod to gaze upon the infinite universe after a day of sunning, soaking, eating, and shagging...well done.
Such a beautiful home. I'm always here for the wood and stone combination. The outdoor space in the middle of the home has something retro or midcentury modern on in. Loved this big round window above. The greenary is far to less for me, but it's New Mexico. So, if you live there, you need to be aware of that. The slow presention was great. Thank you for sharing ✌️
Very beautiful. Would love a one take walk through to grasp the distribution. There are some really nice ideas I can envision with a little less "luxury " that'd be great for the desert coast of Northern Chile. I also appreciate that from afar the house doesn't look pretentious nor anything special. Very well thought out!!
San Antonio La Ribera in Baja California Sur Mexico ..... white sandy beach overlooking the Sea of Cortes between Cabo Pulmo and Los Barriles/Buena Vista
It's gorgeous but with that color palette they need pops of color here and there throughout. Also I wish the floor plan was not as pale and was labeled, washed out and blank you couldn't fully work out the layout and the function of some of the rooms.
I'm glad you liked it, thank you for the feedback. You can contact the architecture studio that did the project at ydrestudio@gmail.com or through their website www.ydrestudio.com, where you'll also find their Instagram
This house is gorgeous, and the sea is beautiful, but I couldn't live in a desert.
You could not live in this either it's fake
@@CarlosAlberto-ii1li What do you mean, "fake" ?
Lovely❤
I also love gardens where native plants are used like specimen plants to design a garden.

Love the Islamic design court yard. Perfect for privacy and comfort.
Why bring Islam or religion into this. What's Islamic about this?
