Hi, I have a question and hope you can answer. It's trying to get in touch with american security help over the phone and their website isn't clear. I have bought a safe from them and their info on the safe i bought says it has a "Factory Reset Combination for resolving lost combinations without requiring expensive service calls." What does this exactly mean? Is this a master combination that works no matter how many times you change the primary combination and can this factory reset combination be changed if this does act as a master combination? Its a digital safe with a ESL5LP lock.
Good Question, Rather than phone, I’d recommend you send an email to Service@amsecusa.com so they don’t have to wait. They are certainly the most qualified to handle the question and should respond rather quickly. Thanks! John
I am interested, first big shout out to your channel ! Everybody here give thumbs up , !! On the concrete, and I know it’s a crazy question but a safe just like this one not exact , was punched open from the top , looks like they used thermite , the podcast was “Archie’s Luxury “ he show cases high end watches , from no less his home , he went off on a watch tour , and they pulled a heat job , they took everything man , hundreds of thousands of dollars on really rare time pieces ,poor dude , anyhow , these boxes you lock heads call safes are really just timers , maybe if I’m lucky I could buy about an hour if that with a pro maybe 30 min , I understand, your just buying some time , my other systems are watching so he won’t have long , but , I do like, does it have a glass relocker ? One more question, digital pad with code or wheel dial ? Your thoughts ?
Crazy that little safe weighs 485 lbs.
Very true, but he has a lot of steel and reinforced concrete in it
How much does the door weigh?
