I request TVS to tap in the world of ADV/ Tourer category in both bikes and scooter. Jack of all traits bikes like Ronin is good but it would be better if TVS made something that will be master of the off-road; Master of Grand Tourer, Master of commuter. I also request to pace in the world of 160cc Scooter (probably using Apache 160 reliable engine) both in Ntorq lineup (Probably named "Ntorq CLX") or Completely new Grand Tourer Style (Probably with very big fuel capacity or hybrid drive system to increase fuel efficiency)

Very very worst service by TVS motors sales team. I ordered some spare parts for Apache 180 in official Tvs motors website in online. 12 days more, till shipment not created, Order is Under Process. Payment also done. I contacted customer service team by both phone call & e-mail. No one can solve my problems. If you have no capability to supply spare parts by online, don't sell it in online. India's one of the popular company doing that type of useless thing & cheating customers money in the name of online sales is very very worst thing. Due to the worst service & response by TVS showRooms, I ordered in online. But online service is very very worst & cheaper than yours showrooms. I love tvs bikes lot, because of its features. Worst Service from supreme Tvs Badlapur/Unr have issues regarding service of Supreme TVS there is just Money taking service there is no such High prise template for Service cost is issued by TVS Motors on Public domain Supreme TV is taking arbitrary money in the name of service INR 550 to 800 for each 1.Bearing overhauling 2. Clutch overhauling 3.steering setting/overhauling 4.Carb throttle body cleaning 5.Disk Break cleaning charges 6:Head overhauling Etc etc After doing this expending 6-7 k in service in next service again you have to Pay for the same if there is clay on front fork suspension they will directly say that its a leakage if there is any noise from steering cone they will direct say that need to change cone set is it possible to Bear all Amount in every 2-3 month service 6000 to 8000 for a 125 cc bike . taking money problem Remains same. They don't provide any summary or receivable for how much and for what they are costing why they don't provide reliable as there is no such ammount from tvs on there website for service.they will not show job card to check what they have written.

Stay away from TVS RAIDER its engine is getting off on road and unable to start. Faced 8 times since i bought in 2022
