It was sad because you really saw where the other ladies held their allegiance too, and the crowd was half cheering but also loudly booing. I love how Miss USA was right next to Pia, reassuring her when she was announced :-)

Actually if you watch audience fan cams you could see one of the MUO members in the audience signing Miss Colombia to hand the crown to Pia because of the mistake so that she can be praised for doing it right. But I think Miss Colombia was confused that night so we also can’t blame her.

It put the world's attention back to this event. Even those who dont really watch it were very intrigued to see how it went down. And Queen P deservingly won it for her country. 👏🇵🇭
