I've watched many videos on how to do istikhara and what it should be done for, but this one truly touched my heart. this guy is absolutely right.

Go any Mosque and ask the Imaam. Otherwise you can just revert anywhere. You just need say the "shahada" you could most probably find it on TH-cam too.

Say this:
in Arabic: Ashadu an la ilaha illa'llahu wa Ashadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa Rasooluh.
In English: "I BEAR WITNESS THAT THERE IS NO GOD WORTHY OF WORSHIP EXCEPT ALLAH
AND I BEAR WITNESS THAT MUHAMMAD IS HIS SERVANT AND MESSENGER."
And you done and welcome to the religion of Truth. May Allah keep you on the right path. Ameen
+Mandy Des Hopefully you got your answer by now. Technically, all you need to do is say a certain phrase to announce your faith. But, I would start by buying an english translation of the Koran(im assuming you speak english and not arabic) and reading it. Then I would maybe find some friends of yours who are muslim and ask them for some advice or go to your local mosque. Good luck and God Bless.

Alhamdulila this speech was absolutely brilliant. Brother Billal you have explained this in a very clear way that I understand and not in a fast or rushed way. Qur'an - not quran
Muhammad - not muhammed
peace be upon him/SallAllahu alaihi wa sallam - not pbuh/saws
Allah Subhanahuwa Ta'Ala- not swt
Its not about sin and haram but about respect towards our Rabb!

I am praying since a long time and I am at long term of 9 years in relationship and now his parents are unable to come with proposal as his dad doesn't agree and abusive person ! We love each other than anything in this world but i wakeup morning and someday I see my heart is expanding and beating so fast !!

The basic question : Can we make duas in local language, because recalling/ remembering duaa in Arabic is difficult for many ؟؟؟
Asalamu aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, yes you can make duaa in your local language.
How about muslims who opened the Quran and tell you about your future? Is that admissible?
And how about muslims who said they doing istihara for you and after tell you something like, it is going to work, don't worry about this or that, you will be fine. It could be about your health, work, a situation that you only ask them to pray Allah for you.
My question is, Is it admissible? Or at what point it is admissible?
No one can make istihara for open the Quran and tell the future is not accepted in islam

because interest is haram. 1 dirham of riba consumed is the equivelent of 36 acts of zina.
Because banks deal with interest or ribbaa which is haram in Islam
Because of interest (riba). It's a major sin to earn it or pay it.

I'm a bit confused this video is making me confuse.
I was going to marry a girl which I know for one month but my friend did an istikhara for me which came out negative and I did istekhara after myself which also resulted in negative therefore I went to Imam and Imam said on the facts you and your friend saw in the istekhara I wouldn't recommend you to marry that girl So I ended up not marrying that respectable lady.

Basically you pray istikhara when you have set on doing something specific (for eg. You got a proposal and you are about to continue with it, now you pray istikhara, if things become difficult for you as you proceed, its a sign from Allah, if things are normal/easy, its a sign from Allah

Good video, but depression is an illness. Your chemicals and receptors in your brain are not working correctly. You need professional help, just like when you get a cancer or infection. It is good to seek Allah's help for sure. But to say, that just being thankful will cure your depression is wrong.
Zel Elz ,I wanna tell you that Islam contains the best psychotherapy that you never find somewhere else.Just believe and do it.
Depression is jinns possession. It can be cured with quran reading ruqya manzi dua 1 hour into water plus reading qurab with baqara saffat jinn duhan rahman mulk. Together 3 hours together. And put ruqya 1 hour recited oil.
Istihara dream is false.
dr. Philips sounds more like a Christian preacher than anything else. This is quite unusual.
