This brings me down memory lane to my teenage years in Jos, Nigeria in the 60s. I have always been an ardent supporter for Hymns in churches. They are not only melodious but the lyrics are sermons also. These hymns shaped my life greatly. If only the youths of today know what they are missing!
These hymns were written by true Christians going through the crucible of trials in their Christian Faith. Many were being persecuted by established religion.The years of Martin Luther and the saints of that era was not easy.Thanks

What a pity so many people miss the pathway that leads to our Good Shepherd. As a result they are compounded by disaster, pain & sorrow. We need to pray for all these people & children who suffer because of the choices..🙏🙏

We pray for the breaking of slavery this includes the tobacco industry and because smoking enslaved people both smokers and non smokers. Lord Jesus Christ I leave ALL the world’s cares at the foot of Thy Cross. Dear Lord please STOP FOR EVERMORE my superstitious knots of worry. Amen!!
