Impact driver is one of the best tool to open rusted,seized and difficult to open screw,bolt,nut,bolt etc. I explained , how to use it, where to use it and why it is so different from other tools.

This tool is not intended for tightening. L is for left handed thread removal and R for right handed thread removal.
Brother, I recently bought an impact driver from Eastman tools. The instruction says, "Reversible, to tighten screws and bolts" what does that mean?
@@mjshaheed it is not advisable to tighten the screw with the impact driver, because it is not a torque wrench. If the striking force is beyond the torque limit of that screw either it would strip off the thread or its head(over torquing). But in case of loosening the screw, there is no such limitation. So the conclusion is it can be used but it have the limitation of uncontrollable torque.

You can use it however you choose. Tightening removing LH thread, RH thread it doesnt matter. Sure the user needs to use his brain whenever using any tool.

I had no idea about removing bolt and Allen key screw with impact driver thanks for this .. this impact driver is 775 rupees ... you will get in hardware shops where they sell tools .... this brand which he used is cic company made... they give 8 bit with it

I wish I had seen this video..i was struggling with a bolt and finay had to give the job to a shop to do. the shop of course gave me full charge 😠...but i had no choice. Like many i thought this tool only for screws. but it has 1/2inch for socket...very versatile tool to have...worth buying the heavy duty one...about 800rupees I think....almost 1kg weight.

I have one, but sadly, the taps have sheered. Otherwise, the driver does it’s job. Buy some higher quality taps if you get the chance. You might need them.
