I always thought the fact that Tom brought him back into the show without his consent was pretty gross, especially considering his dislike for Tord in real life. I feel like the finale for Eddsworld Legacy should have been centered more around Edd and his life accomplishments before he died rather than some petty rivalry.
The fact that Matt still keeps the world running is crazy. Edd died, Tord left, and Tom quit, but Matt is like “Nah Imma keep this running”. He really cares for Eddsworld and his (old) friends. Great job Matt.

Sadly I don’t think that will be happening. The IRL Tord doesn’t want anything to do with the eddsworld fandom and so does the IRL Tom. They have also made a new episode where they are removing Tord from the old Eddisodes in respect of the IRL Tord’s wishes. I am actually happy about that slightly, it proves Matt cares about his friends more then the fans. That’s not the case in a lot of fandoms which is why I personally love the eddsworld creators and such. They care about their irl friends more then the fans.
@@jaywalker4560 if you are taking about eddsworld remastered, that was an April fools joke. Told will still be in old eddisodes. Also removing tord would mean changing the story, voice lines, and overall feel of those eddisodes, basically being a slap in the face to edd's old works.

I was diagnosed with tumor cancer at age 11. I am currently 12 years free, so I know how hard it can be for ppl with cancer and their families. I highly support this charity donation thing. Grateful for all the effort and, keep on doing what you're doing!

Even though tord is probably my least favorite of the cast (mainly due to his fans and him having barely any personality). It’s still really cool that you’re doing this for fans who do love his character (not the person cause that’s creepy and one of the reasons his original VA left). Also btw I really like Eddsworld beyond so far. Matt, bing, and everyone else on the team has been doing a great job!

I'm so glad tord is getting more appreciation, and i hope in the merchandise, they'll be doing the real tord, not the horrible legacy version. The character should have a proper return, being the character he was before and having an actual norwegian person voicing him (like pellek or wwwario) and if you're still gonna make the end canon, please come up with a good explanation for his sudden change
The horrible legacy version was a version planned ogly by edd and had hints of existing way back during Tords time on eddsworld. Not to mention Matts done much worse in the show- attempting taking over the world TWICE and even murdering his friends. Tords only attempted to take over the world and wtfuture implies even without the robot he managed to take over. The return was rushed and so the character took a hit because of that. Matt also decanonized wtfuture, meaning canonoclaly speaking Matt HAS done worse than Tord.
So they did do Red October this year, but it was just leftover merch from last year and it all sold out in less than 24 hours. I was luckily able to get one of the pins though. Hopefully they’ll make a few Tord illustrations

Edd truly is an amazing person along with Tom, Tord and Matt for continuing as best as he could. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again: People don’t appreciate Matt enough. Seriously my dude, I can’t appreciate you more. He’s had to go through, first of all, Edd’s death, and still continue. Then Tom left. He’s the only one out of the original 4 that has stayed until this point, and I can’t even imagine how rough it is, having none of his friends there, and being the only one left. Even though tord is probably my least favorite of the cast (mainly due to his fans and him having barely any personality). It’s still really cool that you’re doing this for fans who do love his character (not the person cause that’s creepy and one of the reasons his original VA left).

I'm so glad tord is getting more appreciation, and i hope in the merchandise, they'll be doing the real tord, not the horrible legacy version. The character should have a proper return, being the character he was before and having an actual norwegian person voicing him (like pellek or wwwario) and if you're still gonna make the end canon, please come up with a good explanation for his sudden change
The horrible legacy version was a version planned ogly by edd and had hints of existing way back during Tords time on eddsworld.
Not to mention Matts done much worse in the show- attempting taking over the world TWICE and even murdering his friends. Tords only attempted to take over the world and wtfuture implies even without the robot he managed to take over.
The return was rushed and so the character took a hit because of that.
Matt also decanonized wtfuture, meaning canonoclaly speaking Matt HAS done worse than Tord.
