Hi there, I need to make the same repair on my battery, but am having trouble finding the 2s connector with or without the balance wires. Do you have a link to where you got yours?
Excellent video. Thanks for posting this. Question for you ... That little barb/clip is pushed in too far on mine and it won't catch now when I put it in the new connector. Is there a way to pry it out?
try a small screwdriver or a needle to get it out. in worst case use some hot glue or superglue in the back to keep it in the place. last resort is to solder or crimp a new one in place.
I am always confused on the order. need some tips on the order! For example, my Tattu 4s lipo has 1 red 4 black. I made the same thing you did, but it is not charging again.
goo.gl/mlQaSB Is a good place to start. In general you should measure 1 cell voltage per connector from the black wire. And if you have another pack that is the same type check the colors! In worst case you may have blown the balance cable or perhaps even the battery
Yes it does. If you have the same sort of battery go by that batteries colors. If not follow this manual: www.tjinguytech.com/charging-how-tos/balance-connectors
Hey, Search for JST-XH 2s on ebay and you will find. For example: www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-JST-XH-2S-Balance-Wire-Extension-Adapter-Lead-22cm-for-RC-Car-Boats-/200656013335?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eb807c817
Needed to unpin a micro connection for an LED turn signal on a motorcycle. This video helped on how to do that. Thank you.
That's very helpful.
My question is can you fit 20awg wire to this connector?
Hi. You did help me just right now. It was so easy worth the video! Thank you!

Perfect, thank you, this was exactly my scenario. Next time I'll know to tuck that balance charge connector out of the way!

Mine kinda sparked when they touched each other and then I got burned lol.
Holy shit the intro is so loud lol
Poor video. Never used a multimeter to set the wires with the correct order, didn't use a crimper when the connector is damaged, etc.
