I've never seen a property that is as beautiful as this. I inspire to own and care for such a property one day. I'm currently in school studying to be an Environmental Scientist, I hope that one day my career choice and other financial endeavors lead me to this home or one very much like it.
Mojo522 well, I wish you the best on that. But some words of advise, hope gets you nowhere in life, intend on getting this property, expect to get it. Those two things are much more powerful than hoping to get something.
Tiger Steele These kitchens aren't designed for the home cook, especially in the 1920s. I had the opportunity to stay at a home like this - we had the same bedroom as President Eisenhower had used. The butler’s pantry alone was the size of a small house. I believe it had eight sets of dishes, silver, etc. The counter could lay out 24 dinner plates at a time for service. There were work areas for various functions. I'd be surprised if the lady of the house could FIND the kitchen - she certainly isn't going to cook in it.
Kitchen is fine. Pictures are a little deceiving, visit the property. I am related to previous owner. Knew this house over 50 yrs ago. Was always beautiful, he made it exquisite. Addition of the Pool house is “over the top.”
The house is nice and all but that view is to die for. Quite honestly I’d be happy with just the upper “treehouse” level and that view, don’t need anything else.
From one extreme to the other. Most houses are stark and white, this one as stunning as it is, is dark and overpowering. Great position. I just think Tsunami!!!!!
Why is tje owner selling it? Why? What is the history behind this home who owned it after it was built in 1927? Get in touch with Google you tube and record company's asap love this home but.... I need information
