Clive Bindley I’ve heard two stories, only one I can confirm....so maybe I misspoke, but I heard he was offered that gig but turned it down. I’ve seen him turn down giving the the rock sign \m/ from a fan with the responses this is my sign.” then he made a peace sign. Also, if you look at the whole WhiteSnake catalogue, there aren’t too many songs about demons or the devil. So....sorry, should’ve re-phrased that statement....but I think he was offered the gig and turned it down. I’ll keep looking for it.
@@Kinger1625 I think I heard or read something about DC talking about the devils horn sign and the peace sign. I can remember he was offered the chance to sing with MSG when they were making the Assault Attack album, but he declined and they went with the ex Rainbow singer Graham Bonnet.
Clive Bindley Wow, I didn’t know that. So much history between rock bands and such, and bands with constant changing of members seem to have the most. I was watching how Malmsteen joined Steeler.....which is right before Alcatraz with Bonnet.
