cette composition (simple pour Pat Martino) est extraordinaire : j'aimerai qu'il joue du coltrane ,il a déjà joué Impressions mais j'aimerai un album sur Coltrane.Malheureusement , depuis Think Tank ,il n'y a plus que des compilations.Tant pis.
@Surfister i have all his albums. he has two records which are fusion type... all the rest are fairly straight ahead. if i had t pick only two: Live! and Joyous Lake (one of the fusiony ones). his sound and style is fairly consistent throughout his catalogue. there are DVDs too. enjoy!
Yeah ! and difficult to do : try it.buy the DVD Creative force I and II and work on the exercises : one of my favorite albums of Pat are the Maker and the return but i think that all his albums are top .You can try his albums when he was young ,these are quite different but very high level (listen to Oleo by example in the 70s and in 2005 ).The live with joey de franscesco is incredible.the one which is bad is Bayana the clear evidence.
