At a much more affordable range, for 65rs, even the Miss Claire eyebrow pencil is good. It is very creamy, water proof and smudgeproof. It is really pigmented, comes with a brush om the cap. There is another variant of the same pencil for 125rs which comes with a spoolie, yet to try that one.
